I'm in the process of localizing our internal app. Can someone please tell me
if Firebird 2.0 (embedded) adheres to Unicode Standard Annex
#15(http://unicode.org/reports/tr15/)?
My concerns are:
- Storing data(Unicode)
- Order by Name ASC
- UPPER(Name)
