Hi *,

I was recently doing some cleanup and refactoring on installer we're
using (WiX toolset). Thanks to version 3.0 being able to correctly
work on with <=VS2008 and version 3.5/3.6 being unstable (very, from
my personal experience) I decided to do it more manually but also OTOH
use more from what WiX toolset offers.

So now we have only one *.wxs file, where everything is stored and
defines whole installer (and also using more heavily variables). The
rest of work in on shoulders of WixUI Extensions, but we're not using
much. We also don't use the project itself, instead I created batch
file, that does the same (not putting there not used stuff). The batch
file only needs WiX toolset (just binaries are OK, no need to install
it).

All the GUIDs are same, so the installation will continue as before,
only the creation process is different. I'll work on it following
days, as there are still some tasks pending.
