That is normal. A Firebird database is organized in pages that are
allocated when needed. When you delete the records, the pages will be
marked as free

After BACKUP and RESTORE thru FlameRobin then the size was reduce to 788Kb
Is this normal ? or can it me done automatically within the settings and
configs
ABout 100 simultaneous remote users may log in and insert data in a table
via a stored procedure.

Without a sense of the load/activity which would be placed on the server it is
impossible to know.
