This is obviously a conflict between FirePath and Firebug. Once you disable FirePath the menu entries reappear.
Unfortunately, FirePath and Firebug are discontinued and Firebug won't work anymore once multi-process Firefox is enabled (which will probably be with today's Firefox 49 release, actually). The (incomplete) alternative is to use the $x() command <https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Web_Console/The_command_line_interpreter#Helper_commands> of the Firefox DevTools.
