Dear All, Sorry that this information has been received so late. Dr. Muguet, a good friend of FIS passed away last October. Participants in the FIS 2005 conference in Paris will remember him very well, as Dr. Francis Muguet was one of the organizers of the event, with Michel Petitjean, and produced an unforgettable talk. He was an extraordinary supporter of Open Access and spent an incredible amount of time to work during many years for MDPI. Information and Open Access are intimately related.
