[flac-dev] External decoders?

Should we start thinking about including APE, ALAC, etc decoders? it'd make encoding to flac a lot easier, and quicker, just wondering. I mean if nothing else, FFmpeg has free decoders, and Apple released their official ALAC codec awhile back. ___
