[Flashcoders] flash video that looks like it used lasso tool

I saw a flash video where it looked like the guy in the video was cropped out of the screen with the the lasso tool. It was the perfect video overlay. How do you do that? I don't want to give the website because I don't want to look like I'm promoting it. Carlos
