If your using a MAC, just download Android File Transfer: http://www.android.com/filetransfer/ It will make your life SOO much easier. You'll see the device like looking at an external drive, place your apk file on the device. Then go to the Market place and get Astro File Manager. You can then

You can build with CS5 - basically, you create an AIR swf (using standard desktop settings) then you can use the free SDK and a bat file (or the command line) to compile the AIR/Playbook app. I was able to build a Playbook app with Flash CS5 using this technique. You can even do the same for
