Ah cool - thanks Muzak. I read " Another change to the Flash Player 7 framework is the use of cross-domain policy files" and misinterpreted that it was something introduced in Flash Player 7. I see from the link you supplied that Flash player 6,0,21,0 supports cross domain policy files.
