Jim, Find a tool I made that would import your UML as XMI version 1.0 http://www45.brinkster.com/chaoschaos/xmi2actionscript.asp?page=2 it automatically generates the folders (as your namespaces) and the actionscript classes inside. also carries documentation generated from Enterprise Architect
