I uninstalled the Flash Players from my FF and my IE7.

When I went to the site, I got the text message to update the flash
player and a link to the install page. So, that worked correct on both
browsers.

I installed Player 7 for FF and when i went to the site in FF, it
upgraded the browser and that worked fine. I revisited the site, and
it was fine, it did not force me to upgrade again, as she is claiming.

I installed Player 7 for IE, or more accurately, the Active X control,
and IE7 still thinks that there is no plug-in installed at all. I
followed my text link to the player, and installed the plug-in and the
site worked fine. I closed the browser and reopened it and went back
and it was fine, it did not force me to upgrade.

I don't have IE6 on my computer. Is there anyway to have both IE6 and
IE7 on the same computer?

I also don't have a Mac, which is her computer that she says makes her
upgrade every time. I'm guessing she uses Safari, I have not heard
back from her on that yet.

Argh. I hate this part of Flash SO MUCH.

Hey, could y'all visit a site I just did. Client is say "her whole
family" had issues accessing the site and she says it makes her

I asked her for more information, but for now, I'm just assuming that
there is something wrong.

I'm using swfobject with express install.

It was fine for me on Windows XP and FF2 and IE7.

Thanks, any feedback on access issues welcome.
