Hello , This problem relates to the Textfield native object of Flash player.
Pressing CTRL+BACKSPACE while inputting text into Input typed Textfield insert a black square box at the end of the text string while SWF is ran in Internet Explorer 6, Windows XP SP1 or SP2. I put the AVI video file that illustrates this problem here: http://www.netsoul.com.ua/sonopia/TextField_bug.avi I can reproduce it with Flash 8 authored simple SWF file, check FLA and SWF file attached.
