Here's the list of URL parameters you can send to a PDF on a web server: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/acrobat/pdfs/pdf_open_parameters.pdf Note that this list is fairly limited - you can't just send any old URL parameters to a PDF, only the ones on this list. If it did not work with HTML I would check the PDF.
