Hi, There might be a solution if you want to update to the latest firmware. In section 2.1.4 of the board manual you have an option to recover bios after a failed update or corruption. You need an usb stick and the bios file renamed per instructions in the manual. You need to put that file on the usb and insert the usb prior to powering the PC. They do not specify this in the manual for this board but in manuals for similar boards, also from Asus, they uncover it.
Try this last thing even if the board doesn't POST. I had success in the past with this method. Good luck Alex.
