Hi hi regarding the board enable problem you might not have permission to write the boot block. You can check this by checking if there are 3.3 V on the no.8 pin of the PLCC. If you do not have then you must enable a Gpio to pull this high ( +3.3 V) . I have the same problem but haven't got the
