[flex_india:23398] synced /Documents/Flex Builder 3 on my home PC (Vista) with the one at LAB(XP). Now Flex Builder doesn't start

I have put the error message and contents of .log file (280 lines) here. Please help me on how I can start my Flex Builder. Perhaps SyncToy 2 deleted or overwrote some important files and did the damage. I don't have the FB3 installer with me and I am using FB3 standalone.
