I am currently reorganising my network and one of the machines I need  
to back up may end up behind NAT, relative to the one running the  
backup.

If I can get port forwarding to work properly and I have the relevant  
port entry in my ssh config, will flexbackup cope with this?

The alternative, I guess, would be to put the backup box on both sides.
