In Flash, the hour portion of a time value is stored in the range 0 to 23. An example of a time I have stored in my MySQL database is 17:00. When I read this time with ColdFusion I get 5:00PM which makes me believe that ColdFusion thinks that noon is 12:00. However, in Flash noon is 11:00.
