[flexcoders] Is dragged object acceptable on Drag Over of the Droppable Target -TileList DND

Hi I am using TileList drag and drop functionality. I have declared one Box as 
droppable target (Trash / Delete) for TileList dragged object.

Is it possible to make TileList dragged object droppable on drag-over of the 
"Trash / Delete" icon which was droppable target of the dragged object?
