[flexcoders] OFF-TOPIC: How to configure the enviroment (ASP WebService)

Hello to all, I'm trying to develop a website with C# and Flex, and I've several problems to test the web services with IIS, anybody can give me a link to configure IIS or another server (NET enabled) to test my webservice... The mainly problems with IIS is the file system permisions, metabase access, and when I fix this errors, he tells me that the asmx file contains a "reference not set an instance of an object" and the .asmx file only contains one line, and in visual studio woks fine. I don't understand the reason of this error. If anybody has experience in configure IIS to run ASP webservices help me please...
