Hey there Jeff, I just installed Aptana as a plugin within Eclipse, and my FB3 install is also a plugin. I made sure everything was updated before doing so. There was an issue with a duplication conflict Eclipse Monkey so I disabled the one already present in Eclipse. After that I opened up a FlexBuilder css file and it was fine (so far). However I noticed it opened using the standard CSS editor instead of the Aptana CSS editor.
