Well, you can reinitialise your Model (maybe by saving an 'empty' copy at the
end of the constructor), but that doesn't give you the same absolute
guaranty.

Yes, thats what I ended up doing last night.

Just seems a shame, that while using MVCS, and being able to
reinitialize the model I have to go to such extremes to remove
unwanted display objects and components. I can see why of course, but
