Hello, It is NEVER a good idea to send an E-mail directly to a person on a group list... The point of the list is to allow people to help if and when they have time. If you send it to a person directly they are not likely to have time immediately and/or have the expertise to help.
That said, you really need to send out more information. I really do not understand what you are asking.
