The docs aren't very clear, but the arguments in the command line are actually:

<arg line="-include-file <outputToFileIncludingPath> <inputToFileIncludingPath> 
 />

so you can something like:

<include-file>
  <name>my/assets/dir/css/some_styles.css</name>
  <path>src/resources/css/some_styles.css</path>
</include-file>
