Ya, i do want to have a control over the visibility of the dataTip by
some event other than onhover. But my problem is i made a cartesian
chart on the basis of two cartesian points. The code is shown below:

Do you mean that you want to show a dataTip for a specific datapoint,
where its visibility is controlled by some event other than onhover?
