The browser will cache your app according
to the HTTP headers your web server sends. So its just like any other
HTML page or image file.

The swf is stored in the user cache.
To be sure that your users get the latest version, you can simply add a
version parameter in the url of the swf.
Ex.: myApp.swf?version=2.0.34
