three ways, in order of difficulty: 1) custom bubble renderer. easy to do, but hard to do anything smart so the labels don't overlap. 2) custom annotation using the post from my blog. Easy to do, but not the most efficient approach. 3) custom bubble series. Requires rolling up your sleves and getting into the series code, but most performant, and reusable. Ely.
