The 2nd. It does some other sorts of refactor, but not that one.
You can always do most of the grunt work for a change in package name using
search/repla
Extensive refactoring capability is one of the biggest expectations I have
of an IDE these days ... especially when that IDE costs several hundred
dollars. *cough*
