Nope.  Generally speaking, that sounds like a dangerous proposition, as
it results in a chart with inaccurate data.  Perhaps you're asking for a
way to set a minimum scale on an axis...which also isn't supported, but
is a reasonable feature to add, if you want to submit a feature request.

Is there a way to set a minimum height to the bars? I see a minHeight 
but below is what I found on it. So it seems that isn't what I'm 
looking for. I'm also hoping that if I can get each bar to not go 
below a certain number it will resize the chart too.

This value is used by the container in calculating the size and 
position of the component. It is not used by the component itself in 
determining its default size. Thus this property may not have any 
effect if parented by Container, or containers that don't factor in 
this property. Because the value is in component coordinates, the true 
minHeight with respect to its parent is affected by the scaleY 
property.
