Don't think so. But how can you set a decimalSeparator and a
thousandSeparator for a DateFormatter?

i've found that, if you set a decimalSeparator for the DateFormatter,
you MUST define a thousandSeparator too, else, you'll get an empty
string. Maybe, is that our bug?
Is that you case?
