At my workplace, we normally have a team working on the front-end and
another working on the Java back-end.
Although we share the same Subversion repository, we place our code in
separate folders. The front-end team uses the root of the flex folder as
the base of our Flex Builder project.
I believe that anyone who makes their decision to attend either 360Flex or
MAX solely based upon the sessions for the event is making a huge mistake.
After attending several MAX/UCON/DevCon events (and the 360Flex event), I

I do not believe that AMF3 has been added to OpenAMF. There hasn't been a
lot of activity on that project (from what I can tell), so no telling when
or if they will be adding AMF3 to the project.
