Is there a simple way to set up a button so that it's appearance doesn't change on rollOver, but the tooltip does appear?
I am simulating a menu bar of sorts using a horizontal layout of PopUpButtons and Buttons. The Buttons are just filler that need to follow the style of the others, but have no associated action. But some have meaningful labels and tooltips. In other words, I need to create a "dead" button with the same style as others, and a tooltip.
