Try linked in. Join a couple of the Flex RIA groups out there and you will
get job postings. Also mention something at your local Flex usergroup.

Dan it depends where u live.
For example in Bay area, California - there are a lot of opportunity.
If not contracting, there are a lot of full time openings. I have seen
many job postings even in this mailing list.
