[flexcoders] How to make a Runtime Shared Library (RSL)?

Hi,

I Created an application in Flex Builder 3 and I used the Flex
Properties -> Library Path -> Framework Linkage as Runtime Shared
Library(RSL). The It created a framework_3.1.0.2710.swf. I have a
question; if I use the library cairngorm.swc and if I want to
externalize that too into RSL, What should I do?

Can I only externalize framework libraries or can I externalize all
the dependent libraries? How do I externalize the cairngorm swc from
my application as RSL.
