Trying not to be the heretic in the group, Mac, Linux and PC have an installed ftp client that can be easily used if you take a few moments to understand the commands underneath all of these clients. Get a command line and type in ftp. I use it extensively for scripted backups and automated deployment scripts and the commands cross all platforms. If you need drag and drop, it's not for you, if you want to do something simple..
