[flexcoders] Sample project for CRUD type application

I am just getting into flex and I can not find a good sample application for a CRUD style app. There are lots that get and show data, but none that have a grid and an update form and use databinding to tie it all together. If anyone has a sample they can share, I would appreciate it.
