[flexcoders] Water Marker Issue(urgent)

Hi, I am using flexbuilder3. I have got a licensed version of it. I have built a chart,and running the application in eclipse. But there is a water marker in it. I tried to give the license in the flex-config.xml, but when i run my application,it says ERROR : UNKNOWN Configuration
