I'm trying to find out if FB 3 has indeed implemented the DataChangeEffect for TileList? I see things about it on Adobe and even an example in a blog, but my FB 3 beta 3 doesn't seem to know about it.
What I'm really trying to do is to get a smooth scrolling list, like you see here: http://www.potterybarn.com/?flash=on Though not continuous, just smooth when you press a button at either end of the list. I searched this list a lot and found someone's custom component but it seemed very buggy. I'd really love to hear if people have put together solutions for this, or if they know that FB3 has or will implement it somehow. Thanks.
