Currently it was wrote with Flash 8 and Flash Communication Server and I will be moving to Flex and Flash Media Server or Red5. Basically you will need two flex applications which could be modules or stages. The first one would be the broadcasting location and the second one would be the listening location. Then you connect to a Stream and you are off and running.
