Siraj, You need to install the datavis rsl's which are available on Adobe.com - the same location where you downloaded the Flex 3.3 SDK. Are you sure the compiler settings are set to use the new SDK? I'm using SDK 3.3 and am actually working on a CartesianChart as I'm writing this.
