Are there any guidelines for posting to this group? I'm trying

for so many days without any luck, my questions never show up in

lists. What are the rules of censorship being used here? Or is
there a
few days of delay or latency of some kind?

I hope if there are guidelines new comers like me will be saved
from a
lot of anxiety waiting for a response with their fingers crossed
:).
