The Flex framework consists of the mx.*.* and spark.*.* packages.  Flash.*.* is 
a low-level Flash package.  The framework is a layer above.  If you used 
mx:Application or s:Application, you would find a focusManager and no yellow 
rectangle.

If you are using Flex applications, there shouldn’t be a yellow rectangle, and 
there should be a focusManager variable.
