I'm sure I'm missing something , but the shuttle pro2 pref file is
zipped and I cant open it with winzip or anything I have on 3 different
pc's.
Do I need something special to get into it?
I'm sure its an easy one to solve.

Ken,
Check out the control called Tune Power on the Setup Form - Transmit
Tab. I think this is what you are looking for. Note that you can
change the PWR while in TUN mode and it will be saved in that same
control.

Keith,
It opened fine here. Perhaps you got a bad download. Try downloading
it again. The file can just be unzipped to your desktop. Use the
ShuttlePro Support document for instructions on how to import the file.

What's the secret to get the Power Mate to come up working every time?
I seem to have to disconnect and reconnect a few times for it to be found.

I had the same problem until I followed the driver install procedure to
the letter.

I had a QSO with NN3V/6. Using windows media encoder, I made the wmv.
Using tmpgenc, I made an mpg. It was horrid and huge. I deleted it.
As soon as I figure out to make a file that is not 10 times larger and
10 times poorer (resolution)
