Whether or not they achieve the patent may be problematic, but likely
of little consequence. When single sideband was first coming out, the
modulation methods used were quickly seen as a way to produce double
sideband, with the carrier reduced only to that point which would

Same story here. Mine was delivered last Thurs. couldn't be happier. I

I was going to post on this subject a week ago but hesitated.
The main thing I came up with for Mailman search I found by looking at how
Mailman itself handles searches of their own archives. If you drill into their
site a bit, you see that Mailman itself has no built-in search for it's
archive
A searchable database is a high priority for us. Things are in motion to
implement a searchable database but it will not happen over night. Stay

Not speaking for the Flex-Radio team, but as someone who runs a Mailman

Unfortunately, Mailman doesn't support searchable archives out of the
box. There are ways to do it (which the hpsdr folks must have figured
out) but it takes patching Mailman and using additional software. The

Folks
That is correct you will have to join, which I heartily recommend. Don't
worry about spam or virus! This is the PREMIER website for SDR-1000
information, contributions, file uploads, user websites etc!
Do NOT hesitate to join the site. I think there are already several thousand
enrollments.
To get the "Projects" tab to appear you have to join the hamsdr group
and log in. Upper right tab I think.

I noticed while listening on 40m on 7.209MHz that there is a spur (actually
what appears to be a spur reduction artifact, since spur reduction is ON) at

With spur reduction turned off, the spur relocates to 7.2606.

Paul,
Nice thinking about detecting the aurora signature. I have perhaps 5 to 10
recordings of aurora off the SDR. Several were loaded on the Flex-Radio
Friends site some were distributed on CDs that were given out at Dayton
last year.
I can send files if you can't find them somewhere mention
