The problem isn't that you can get a good null in 500 Hz for CW, it's
getting a null everywhere else (to suppress the image, that is).
And, don't forget that in spur re

I don't thnk it's for everyone.
I know the powers that be would probably disagree but I'll stand by that
statement at this point.

Actually there are many good XML editors. What you need is a proper XSD,
i.e., XML Schema definition file that describes the constraints that
people must not violate while editing, and feed that to the editor as
well. It's maybe more obscure, but a LOT easier than writing yet another
XML editor.

I'm seriously considering selling my SDR1000, as I just don't seem to be
getting very far with it.
Since I bought it, it has transmitted for me properly on one occasion.
I admit that the original problem was caused by my construction
techniques, which Klaus found and fixed, and the unit was fu

83 dB is quite impressive.

Ok I may be crazy here but on V1.6.3 SVN680 I am recieving NASA Space
walk transmission s9 to 20 over on 7.185 lsb.
I also get same thing on v.1.6.2.
is this being retransmitted from a location or am I crazy?

83dB is probably about as good as the automatic routine will get. You can
do a bit better (~100dB) by adjusting the up/down controls manually with the
display in AVG mode. Note that the 100dB of rejection is only for a very
narrow range of audio frequencies though. So getting 100dB (vs 80dB)

What is the ultimate image null obtainable? I was
experimenting with this recently and the best I could
do with the image 24khz above the fundamental was 83
db down using the automatic cal mode.

Awesome looking console!!
Trying to learn a few new buttons. Are these specified somewhere?
Thanks

That is the correct SVN address to use when doing an SVN Checkout. If you
need to download the actual TortoiseSVN client software, google is probably
the quickest way to find it. Alternatively, you can use our TortoiseSVN
Guide that is available on our download page at www.flex-radio.com.

Hi Eric,
Thanks - that's good to hear. This means I'll be able to display and maybe
simultaneously decode most digital mode activity on a band.
I currently have an old SDR-1000 which I don't use much, I'll have to fire
it up once I get the new software working.

Is it easy (possible) for PowerSDR to be able to decode two signals on
different frequencies within the sampled bandwidth at the same time? The
RFSpace SDR-14 software has this function and it is fantastic, IMHO.

Simon,
We could provide as much as the sampling rate of the soundcard (96kHz for
our current recommended selections). We can already do this in the current
console by using SPEC mode.

Thanks Ahti ... that's it ... I'll finish the modification that someone else
started! With only a few days into this, I can see it is going to take a
little while to catch up on the history. 73 de Kevin
