It is not an individual file that you download. You must download the
latest SVN of PowerSDR and allow it to create a brand new database to
get the updated BandText table. To do that, you must rename the
PowerSDR.MDB file in the PowerSDR directory that you are using to
something else before

There is way too much attention paid to S meters. I'm glad that ours is
accurate (or, more properly, can be made so), but unless you're trying
to do a serious scientific experiment in propagation, which requires
calibrated S meters _on both ends_ just for starters, it doesn't mean
Frank and I are at GnuRadio Hackfest. I doubt anyone who knows us would
categorize us as anything but techno-geeks. We are constantly looking
at the lastest technology (we are about to have an OFDM system running
in GnuRadio for example) that could be of benefit to amateur radio in

Thanks a lot. I received the BandText table from Bodo, DJ9CS, and
found an unused ACCESS in my office computer. Now the new PowerSDR.mdb
works already.
Maybe, Tim or Bodo are going to upload the table to the Knowledge
Base. However, I think that PowerSDR installation
