That's basically what occurs in the Icom CI-V Transceiver Mode, the radio
sends out frequency and mode info when the user makes changes. The problem
is that the listening device (tuner, antenna, rotor, etc.) doesn't know the
radio's status until the user makes a change unless the using device also

here's an idea..
What if PowerSDR emitted CATlike commands, specifically things like
frequency, when the user changes a parameter. As I understand it,
something like a SteppIR controller, which needs to know frequency,
polls the radio to ask it every second or so. If one had multiple

For now, I would revert to 1443 until we give further word. We are aware

other bug fixes.

hi,
I just downloaded SVN: 1445. The Rx audio level is 110 dB higher
than normal (the last SVN, v1.9 and v1.91), and the Tx audio so high
that it over drives the PA when the Tx gain is set at the lowest
value which is -40. Normal setting is about a -5 dB. Only problems I noted.

We adopted an automatic revision updating scheme for the titlebar recently.
We have had a few reports of it sticking on one revision. We'll look into
it. You can trust the number you see in SVN when you update.

Beppe - very nice "appliance" radio.
I see no knobs and buttons - we really need Frank's 3d gui now that we
have to add all the cooking controls into PowerSDR.

Dave,
No B model in the works at this time but who knows what the future will
bring.
Shirts and caps will be available for sale in the next month or two.
Priority right now is to get 5000s in the hands of customers.
