That is true -- the CATV meter (an SDA 5000) does measure levels in dBmV and at
75 ohms.. I'll poke around and see what I can find out.

In order to use it I had to make some changes to the the CW Pitch and Audio
IF in CW Skimmer (version 1.1) to get the display to line up
I can answer my own question upon closer examination. Only the transmit
antenna is fixed to ANT 3, the receive antenna can be selected to any of
them.
