Assuming one plans to drive a linear with the rig in class A, current rigs on the market are rated at 200 watts in B or AB, and 75 watts in class A. Examples: FT-1000 Mk V or FT-2000D. k5nwa [EMAIL PROTECTED] 7/14/2008 6:33 AM At 12:45 AM 7/14/2008, Tom Thompson wrote: k5nwa wrote:

[Flexradio] SDR-1000 for sale

2008-07-14 Thread Charles Greene
Hi, I am selling my SDR-1000 to raise cash for the 5K. It has a PreSonus Firebox, a 100 watt amp, built-in antenna tuner, USB to parallel converter. RFE board and a poor man's UCB controller. It works perfectly; there are no issues. All cables included. It has the 4 pin Mike connection.

Using VAC and/or VCOM is an _option_. Neither is actually _required_. You have other options: For awhile, I ran PowerSDR and my SDR-1000 on one computer and used audio cables and a serial cable to interconnect to a second computer on which the logging and decoder software was running. I am
