That is good to hear, Brian. I should have added your mileage may vary to my
message since, as you noted, not everyone will experience this condition.

Good morning all,
Have downloaded new drivers and PSDR and everything is fine except I have no
speaker output. Headphones are fine. I do have Powr Spkr out checked in the
mixer. What am I missing?
Thanks,

Art,
Make sure that you have the volume slider in the MultiRX section up. Note
that the main volume is active all the time now since it is needed even when
MultiRX isn't active when RX2 is present.

Hello, I'm using a Flex5000A with PowerSDR 1.16.2 an the newest drivers. There
is a problem (even in earlier powerSDR versions) when using the keybord to
create cw-signals. When I type the letters in the lines they will not be send
correctly, or the words are cut up. I was trying with different
Bernd,
I find that the CWX keyboard works fine, so it is not a bug in the software.
Be sure to reset the database on the new PowerSDR 1.16.2. Do not import
the database from an earlier version. Start from scratch. I once had the
problem that you describe and a new database reset corrected
Bernd,
I have found that you cannot type ahead very far or CWX will drop and/or
scramble characters. I do not know how large the type-ahead buffer is, but
it needs to be larger. Otherwise, I have had no problems with using the
keyboard with CWX.

Had similar problem with CWX keyboard and my Flex5K. Finally gave up and
went to CWTYPE (free) software with com0com. Works great!

When running my SDR1000 using the usb-parallel adapter I've noticed the
USB connection will suddenly disappear and the USB selection in Setup
becomes unchecked.
I'm guessing this is some kind of USB timeout. I've already unchecked
the power management option for each device listed as a root
Pete,
I had that same problem over and over until I broke down and bought a
parallel port card. Anyone want to buy a USB to parallel cable for the
SDR-1000?
I will make you a deal.
